    By accessing or using dotcom.rodeo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    dotcom.rodeo is a domain portfolio management platform that allows users to track domain registrations, monitor expirations, manage renewals, and connect registrar accounts via API integrations. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

    3. Account Registration

    • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
    • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
    • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
    • Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
    • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written permission.

    5. Registrar Connections

    When you connect third-party registrar accounts, you authorize us to access your registrar data on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share such credentials. We store all registrar credentials using industry-standard encryption. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party registrars or changes to their APIs.

    6. Domain Data Accuracy

    While we strive to provide accurate domain data, we rely on third-party registrar APIs and public WHOIS databases. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any domain information displayed. You should verify critical information directly with your registrar before making important decisions.

    7. Payment & Billing

    • Certain features may require a paid subscription.
    • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
    • Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.
    • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

    8. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by dotcom.rodeo and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any domain data you upload to the platform.

    9. Analytics & Tracking

    We use PostHog analytics on our public-facing pages to understand site usage and improve the experience. Analytics tracking does not occur within the authenticated application.     10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, dotcom.rodeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of domains, data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This includes, without limitation, any damages resulting from missed renewal notifications or inaccurate data.

    11. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

    12. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data prior to termination. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

    14. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, sending a notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
