How dotcom.rodeo works
Add a domain. Scan it. Stay on top of every renewal. No passwords needed. No registrar access required.
Your credentials stay yours
We never ask for your credentials
We do not want your registrar password. We do not need it. You add the domains. We never touch your account.
Every scan uses public data
DNS, SSL, WHOIS, security headers. All of it is public. We just pull it together and put it in one place.
Your portfolio stays private
Everything you save is encrypted at rest. We do not sell it. We do not share it. Only you and your team see your list.
Two ways to add your domains
Add domains one at a time
Good for a handful of domains, or when you want to fill in details as you go.
Click Add Domain in the sidebar.
Type the domain name (e.g. example.com).
Fill in registrar, expiration date, prices, tags, and notes. Skip what you don't know.
Hit Add Domain. Scan it later for DNS, SSL, and security data.
Import from a CSV file
Fastest way to import a lot of domains. Export your list from your registrar, drop it here.
Log in to your registrar. Export your domain list as CSV.
Make sure there's a column for domain names.
Open Add Domain in dotcom.rodeo. Switch to the CSV Import tab.
Drop the file in, review the preview, import.
Where to find the export option
Most registrars hide it under account settings. Look for "Export," "Download," or "Domain List" in:
CSV format
Only domain is required. Include what you have. Skip the rest.

Common questions
Do you ever log in to my registrar?
No. We have no way to. You add the domains, by hand or by CSV. Your accounts stay yours.
Where does the scan data come from?
Public DNS resolvers, certificate transparency logs, and WHOIS/RDAP. The same sources anyone can query.
Is my domain list shared with anyone?
No. Encrypted at rest. Visible only to your org. Not sold, not shared.
Can I get DNS and security data on manually-added domains?
Yes. Once a domain is in your portfolio, hit Scan. You get DNS, SSL, WHOIS, and a security grade.
What format should my CSV be in?
A spreadsheet with a "domain" column. Add optional columns like expiration_date, registrar, or tags if you have them. Grab the template below.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Remove any domain at any time. Email us to wipe the whole account.
